Okay, this link just came across my Twitter feed. Apparently, a little baby named Bella has a neuroblastoma in her abdomen and needs surgery. Her parents are trying to raise funds for the surgery. If you can give anything at all, please please do. If not, just pass the link along. Maybe they will be able to meet their goal.
